Performance characteristics:
1. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance and external pressure resistance, and is suitable for high-voltage transmission line cable pipes above 10KV.
2. Trenchless MPP pipes are widely used in urban power cables, building water supply and drainage laying and other fields.
3. MPP pipes do not require excavation construction, and the pipes are hot-melt welded with flexible joints. The welding strength is high and can be over-length high-traction pipes.
4. Good toughness, with excellent resistance to ground settlement and seismic resistance. Commonly used pipes are divided into ordinary and reinforced types. The ordinary type is used for excavation and laying construction and trenchless construction with a buried depth of less than 4M, and the reinforced type is used for trenchless construction with a buried depth of more than 4M.
PRODUCT DISPLAY
Excellent electrical insulation: MPP material itself has good insulating properties, which can effectively prevent interference between cables, isolate electromagnetic interference between cables and the outside world. It is suitable for pipe materials of power cables above 10KV, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system.
Good high-temperature resistance: The Vicat softening point is ≥150ºC, which can be used below 120ºC for a long time and withstand 150ºC high temperature in the short term. It can adapt to the heat generated during cable operation, suitable for high-temperature direct burial environments.
High tensile strength: The axial tensile strength is ≥24MPa, 1.5 times that of HDPE, suitable for long-distance trenchless traction (single traction can reach 300 meters), and is not easy to be broken during construction.
Strong low-temperature impact resistance: It still has high impact resistance at low temperatures and is not easy to crack. It can be used between -5ºC and 70ºC for a long time, adapting to various climatic conditions.
Strong corrosion resistance: MPP material has good chemical corrosion resistance, is not eroded by chemical substances such as acids, alkalis and salts, and is suitable for complex geological environments such as chemical parks, which can extend the service life and reduce maintenance costs.
Lightweight and convenient for construction: MPP power pipes have a low density and light weight, which is convenient for transportation and installation, reducing project costs and the labor intensity of construction personnel.
Smooth inner wall with low friction resistance: The inner wall of the pipe is smooth and the friction coefficient is small, which is conducive to the threading of cables, reducing construction difficulty and costs, and improving construction efficiency.
Good environmental performance: The material is non-toxic, odorless and pollution-free, meeting environmental protection requirements, and can be recycled. The production energy consumption is 70% lower than that of metal pipes, which is conducive to environmental protection and resource conservation.
